A surf-specific training session optimizes functional exercises and movements that simulate elements of surfing (paddling, popping up, pumping/generating speed, bottom/top turns etc.) to maximize progress and performance in the water.


Sessions are individualized for you, your level of fitness and designed to help you reach your surf goals while improving overall health and wellbeing.

Depending on your specific goals, sessions may include:

  • Carver skating

  • Cardio exercises

  • Functional mobility movements

  • Weight training

  • Balancing moves

  • Swimming
